Whether you're a Landlord or Tenant looking to either protect your property or your deposit, if you need any of the following services give us a call to discuss, we can produce a professional report with photos and comments showing the properties condition and any issues (note1) that may be present so there can be no disagreements at the end of the tenancy.

Our prices, listed below, are based on the type of report and property size for properties within 10 miles of our base (note2). Prices valid until 31st March 2024.
Property visits can be carried out, subject to inspector availabilty, 7 days a week between 9am and 6pm, outside of these hours by prior arrangment.
A bespoke service can be offered if there is a particular need you have (ask for details).
Reports can be emailed or printed depending on your needs.
Estimates for any work that maybe required can also be provided, if required.

Notes
1 - all inspections are visual condition reports only, they are non invasive and non structural eg. cupboards will be opened but furniture will not be moved, sockets and fixed appliances etc will be visually examined but not tested.
2 - prices are for all properties within 10 miles of CF83 (using AA autoroute), an additional charge of 50p per mile each way will ne charged for excess mileage
